Draft Prospects boys academy caters to boys between the ages of 9 and 16, providing a platform to prepare them for their talent pathway.

The goal of our academy is to provide talented players with year-round access to an elite environment where they can further develop their skills and grow as junior footballers. We understand the need for talented players to be able to access this form of high-end training, amongst similar talent, that allows them to raise the standard in comparison to junior football.

Our academy complements the talent pathway & club training, offering up to 3 additional skill training sessions per week, plus 1 strength & conditioning session at Athletic Institute.

Our academy is structured to provide a safe and nurturing environment. We understand junior athlete workloads, so we have structured our academy to align with the phases of a junior athlete throughout the year. This means we adjust our training to manage off-season, pre-season, and in-season phases.
