With an exceptional record of 261 games played for West Perth, Black has demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities, remarkable endurance, and has achieved numerous accolades. Serving as the club's captain for an impressive six years, he has secured notable honors including a Sandover Medal, three best and fairest awards, as well as two premiership wins. Additionally, Black has proudly represented Western Australia on seven occasions and even had the privilege of playing a match in the AFL with the West Coast Eagles.
